  1. WAIST SIZE : To measure your waist size, start by buttoning your pants. Then, lay them flat on the surface and remove any excess fabric and creases.
  2. FRONT RISE : With the pants buttoned, spread them out on the floor or table; then remove all creases and measure this area from the crotch seam to the waistband seam.
  3. HIPS : Measure the hip area, this is in most cases 1 1/2 inches below the zipper.
  4. THIGH : Starting at the crotch seam and ending 1 to 2 inches below the hip area.
  5. LENGTH : Once the pants are buttoned, lay them out on a table, the floor, or any other flat surface, with the outside seams at both corners. After removing all wrinkles and any fullness, measure the length from the top of the waistband.
  6. KNEE : Then remove any creases or bulges. Measure the knee area.
  7. INSIDE LEG : Once the pants are buttoned, lay them out on a flat surface. Now measure the space between the crotch seams, where the front and back seams meet—exactly where it will be depends on the length you ultimately want.
  8. LEG OPENING : In the last step, follow the same pattern as the previous steps, which is to spread the pants out on a flat surface, such as a table or the floor. After removing any fullness or creases, begin measuring from one side of the leg opening to the other side of the leg opening.

Defective or non-compliant items

A defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, intact, in its original packaging (on which the sales code is indicated) within 10 days of the delivery date.
If any non-conformity is visible when opening the package, do not proceed with assembly of the product.
Please report any anomalies to assistancehana@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, specifying the order number and attaching photos of the defective item.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the costs incurred for the return will also be reimbursed.

Check receipt of returns

You can track your returns in your account by clicking on your profile and verify that they have been received and correctly recorded.
The return registration date corresponds to the date the goods are received in our warehouses and not to their delivery to the carrier for return.

Refund
